NAi. The building of the Nai (Museum of Dutch Architecture) was designed by Jo Coenen and has been in the Museumpark since 1993. In its interior is one of the largest collections of world architecture, 18 kilometers of shelves with drawings, outlines, sketches, books, photographs,magazines and other material. The function of the Nai is to keep these collections and to make them accessible to the public. The Nai building opens from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10,00 to 17,00, and Sundays from 11,00 to 17,00. |

Kunsthal. The Kunsthal museum lodges more than 25 exhibitions during the year. This museum shows different aspects of culture, from old art to modern art, design, photographs, etc. Often Kunsthal experiments with varied material and subjects. For example, lingerie, Leonardo de Vinci, Picasso, Den Haag School painters, Oriental Jewelry, postcards, impressionism, or the Black Feet Indian tribe. It opens from Tuesday to Saturdays from 10,00 to 17,00, and Sundays from 11,00 to 17,00. |

Douane Museum. In this museum articles from more than 15 centuries of customs activity in Holland are exposed. Between these materials are historical forms, seals of taxes, bonds, uniforms and instruments of measurement. There is also a children’s corner. A new attraction in the museum is the Smuggling Trip where, in a matrix of containers, the offices of the customs inspectors and the world of contraband can be seen. By means of audio-visual systems the visitor can act like a member of a gang in a real smuggling attempt. It opens from Tuesday to Saturdays from 11,00 to 17,00 and the entrance is free. |

Oorlogsverzetsmuseum. The Museum of the Resistance during the War deals with the history of the city and its environs during the years of World War II (1940-1945). Verídic facts on the combatants of the resistance who fought against the opresor until the last day of the ocupation. It also shows as the citizen lived on Rotterdam during the hard years between the ruins of the destroyed city. The museum opens from Tuesday to Friday from 10,00 to 16,00 and Sundays from 12,00 to 16.00. |
