We list here the most popular events:

Film Festival. Festival with more than 300 non-commercial movies and documentary's. From the 23/01 to the 03/02 of 2008.

ABN AMRO Tennis Tournament. International tennis tournament. From the 18/02 to the 24/02 of 2008.

Motel Mozaique. A Visual Festival with music, theatre and arts. From the 10/04 to the 13/04 of 2008.

Western Union Dunya. International Festival with music, poetry dance, cinema, theatre and many more. 25/05/08.

Fortis Maratón Rotterdam. The International Rotterdam marathon attracts the top world athletes. 13/04/08.

De Parade. Festival with theatre, cinema, operas, comedy, marionettes and workshops for children. 21/06/07 till 1/07/07.

Wednesday night skate. Every Wednesdays in the summer around 15000 skaters take the streets of Rotterdam.

Metropolis Festival. A festival for non-commercial bands and new talents. 01/07/07.

Zomer Carnival. During a weekend of July, Rotterdam goes Carnival. 26/07/07 till 28/07/07.

FFWD Heineken Dance Parade. The biggest Dance music festival of Benelux. 11/08/07.

Ben & Jerry's Openluchtbios. Ben & Jerry's Openluchtbios. Outdoor cinema in a centric park. 15/08/07 till 26/08/07.

World Harbour Days. Rotterdam celebrates the Port days, with numerous exhibitions and activities. 07/09/07 till 09/09/07.
