The city of Rotterdam has been recently proclaimed the Dutch city where more things happens.During the summer people from around the country come to join the Summer Festivals. Check out our agenda for more information.

We list here the most popular events:

Film Festival. Festival with more than 300 non-commercial movies and documentary's. From the 27/01 to the 07/02 of 2010.

ABN AMRO Tennis Tournament. International tennis tournament. From the 08/02 to the 14/02 of 2010.

Motel Mozaique. A Visual Festival with music, theatre and arts. From the 08/04 to the 11/04 of 2010.

Western Union Dunya. International Festival with music, poetry dance, cinema, theatre and many more. 30/05/10.

Fortis Maratón Rotterdam. The International Rotterdam marathon attracts the top world athletes. 11/04/10.

De Parade. Festival with theatre, cinema, operas, comedy, marionettes and workshops for children. 17/06/10 till 27/07/10.

Wednesday night skate. Every Wednesdays in the summer around 15000 skaters take the streets of Rotterdam.

Metropolis Festival. A festival for non-commercial bands and new talents. 04/07/10.

Zomer Carnival. During a weekend of July, Rotterdam goes Carnival. 30/07/10 till 31/07/10.

FFWD Heineken Dance Parade. The biggest Dance music festival of Benelux. Cancelled in 2010.

Ben & Jerry's Openluchtbios. Ben & Jerry's Openluchtbios. Outdoor cinema in a centric park. 18/08/10 till 29/08/10.

World Harbour Days. Rotterdam celebrates the Port days, with numerous exhibitions and activities. 03/09/10 till 05/09/10.
